For years, I tried to think my way to health. I followed all the rules, changed my diet, and still felt anxious, bloated, burnt out, and stuck in a loop of perfectionism.
I felt gaslit by doctors, frustrated by the wellness world, and constantly exhausted from trying to do everything right.
Changing my food helped—but it wasn’t the full answer. I needed resilience, not rigidity. So I created a new framework for wellness based on evidence-based habits, lived experience, professional training, and what actually works for real women in real life.
This course is the support and guidance I wish I had years ago. One that centers you, your intuition, your capacity, and your healing.

I started seeing Liz when I developed unusual new symptoms including vision changes, dizziness, nausea and vertigo. Liz was thorough, understanding and down to earth. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to create a plan that I could follow (and, easy to implement with 3 young children). Within two weeks I felt markedly better. We found the root of my inflammation, and now more than 6 months later I continue to enjoy much-improved health. My latest rheumatology appointment showed my bloodwork is the best it’s been since my diagnosis. I can’t thank Liz enough for all she has done for me!

I started working with Liz at a point in my life when I wasn’t sure if I would ever feel good about myself again-inside or out. I was overweight, my stomach hurt all the time, my joints constantly ached, I had chronic migraines, allergy issues, and I had had 4 spine surgeries within 5 years. A year later I truly feel like a new person! Liz suggested small realistic changes that were easily implemented. Her ability to really listen to me (and hear me) made it easy to work with her and laugh through the hard times and cheer through our set goals.

I was a “last resort” client after a litany of medical doctors who could not resolve my pain just kept prescribing more drugs. Liz was both a compassionate listener and a steadfast guide. The dietary changes have resolved issues I had no idea were related to what I was eating: my joint pain is way down and I exercise regularly now, my rosacea is nearly gone, my periods are much more manageable, I’ve lost weight, and more than anything I feel better than I have in years.

Liz helped me recognize the link between what I was eating and how I was feeling. She helped me identify foods that were helpful to consume and those that may have been contributing to the problems I was struggling with. She also helped me establish a routine for when to eat and when to give my body time to digest. She was encouraging and supportive throughout the whole process. I have seen improvements in my health and I am grateful for all the help she has provided.

Working with Liz has been a true turning point in my health journey. She helped me shift away from the mindset of perfection and willpower and toward building sustainable habits that actually fit my life. Liz is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly listens, but she also challenges you in the best way. This isn’t a quick-fix program — it’s real, lasting change rooted in patience, self-trust, and daily growth. I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident thanks to her guidance. I am still working on my goals but excited to keep going!
