I became a holistic nutrition practitioner out of frustration with my own health. At first, food felt like the answer to all my health problems - until I realized I had too much information. I obsessed over “perfect” diets and tried to apply every plan I studied to myself. I also saw my clients were getting long-term results. I was giving them quick fixes, not lasting change.
