Hi, I'm Liz Sanfilippo

For years, I tried to think my way to health. I followed all the rules, changed my diet, and still felt anxious, bloated, burnt out, and stuck in a loop of perfectionism.

I felt gaslit by doctors, frustrated by the wellness world, and constantly exhausted from trying to do everything right.

Changing my food helped—but it wasn’t the full answer. I needed resilience, not rigidity. So I created a new framework for wellness based on evidence-based habits, lived experience, professional training, and what actually works for real women in real life.

This course is the support and guidance I wish I had years ago. One that centers you, your intuition, your capacity, and your healing.

I started seeing Liz when I developed unusual new symptoms including vision changes, dizziness, nausea and vertigo. Liz was thorough, understanding and down to earth. We found the root of my inflammation, and now more than 6 months later I continue to enjoy much-improved health.
