Before I taught this, I had to live it.
I became a holistic nutrition practitioner out of frustration with my own health. At first, food felt like the answer to all my health problems - until I realized I had too much information. I obsessed over “perfect” diets and tried to apply every plan I studied to myself. I also saw my clients were getting long-term results. I was giving them quick fixes, not lasting change.
The shift occurred when I focused on one thing: the relationship between stress and digestion. From there, I learned to create a health vision authentic to me. I simplified nutrition to the essentials and let go of perfection,
it wasn't always this way for me.
Most nutrition programs ignore the woman in front of them. They assume you need a blueprint plan, more willpower, or the latest food list trend that will promise you a quick and/or drastic transformation. But they rarely take into account your actual life.
