That's why personalized coaching can be invaluable. You've gotten great recommendations but you don't know what or where to start. Coaching sessions hold you accountable and help you work through those unique barriers to change (time, resources, education, past experiences in your health.)

Over the course of this time we're able to identify precisely what types of habits feel good for your mind and body. I'm able to walk with you through a variety of scenarios, from illness, stressful days or weeks, holidays, parties - and even the times where your brain is fried and you just don't feel like it.
